Grainne graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University Scotland in 2010 with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy, following this she has worked in private practices in Ireland for over 5 years. Since arriving to Australia in 2015 she has continued to work in the private sector.

She has worked extensively on manual therapy skills such as soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisations and manipulations.

She has a keen interest in sports, herself playing Gaelic football and hurling, and has been physio to numerous Gaelic and soccer teams. She is currently involved with Sydney Grammar Rugby.

Through her involvement as physiotherapist to teams she has a special interest in acute injury treatment, functional and injury rehabilitation and post-operative rehabilitation.

As a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association she maintains her skills and practice to maximise patients’ outcomes.
