Ashley graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and later gained experience working in hospitals and private clinics in Sydney.

Ashley completed her post graduate Master’s  Degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2009 at the University of Sydney which gave her advanced clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of a wide variety of complex musculoskeletal conditions.

Ashley has expertise in tailoring treatments to the individual to specifically address the cause of dysfunction so that the presenting condition can be most optimally managed.  To help her patients achieve their goals of pain free living and recreation, Ashley utilises manual therapy (including soft tissue release and joint mobilisation), postural pattern training and; functional exercise rehabilitation.

As a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Ashley utilises up to date evidence based physiotherapy treatments to maximise patient outcomes.

Ashley has a keen interest in sporting injuries and continues to be involved in acute injury assessment and management with Eastwood Ryde Netball club. She also has a keen interest in women’s health issues and helping women overcome difficult times in their lives.

Special interest areas include: neck pain; headaches; upper back and rib pain; low back pain; overuse and traumatic injuries of the lower limb; shoulder and elbow dysfunction; TMJ (jaw) pain and; women’s health.
